Karolina is the Founder and Managing Director of ExecMind.

She has been working in the recruitment industry for over 18 years and possesses significant experience in talent acquisition for senior scientific and C-level positions in the European market. In 2015, she started ExecMind, and the company quickly became a leader in scientific and executive recruitment in Poland for biotech, biopharma and MedTech industries. The company is a member of internationally recognized Life Sciences clusters.

Karolina holds a MA degree in sociology. She continued her postgraduate studies in Human Resources; she has completed another one-year postgraduate course on Business in Biotechnology (Jagiellonian University joint with Jagiellonian Centre of Innovation, Krakow, Poland). Karolina also completed international studies in drug discovery and development.

Karolina is actively integrating the Life Science community in Poland and Europe. As a member of the Life Science Cluster in Krakow, she supports and promotes cluster activities within biotech, pharma and Medtech communities on the international stage.

Monika is a senior executive manager with over 20 years of successful experience with global manufacturing leaders within the Specialty Chemicals and Life Science industry. She links her professional career with the broadly understood chemical and Life Science sector by focusing on international business development and corporate management.

Prior to joining ExecMind, Monika’s previous positions included roles at Croda and Dow Chemicals. Her areas of expertise are business development, corporate management, and organizational effectiveness.
 She is a chemist by education (Warsaw University, Poland), certified coach, and alumnus of ICAN Institute, where she has completed the annual executive program: The Strategic Leadership Academy.

She is passionate about business development, organizational effectiveness, and supporting organizations and individuals in achieving outstanding results.
 

Michal Golabek is a Consultant with extensive experience in acquiring world-class scientific talents and C-level individuals.

He graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, a leading Polish Technical University, with a degree in biomedical engineering. He continued his education with postgraduate studies in molecular biology and completed a one-year study in Talent Acquisition for Technology companies.

In 2017, Michal joined ExecMind and has since developed significant expertise in research and talent acquisition in scientific areas. His efforts have attracted more than 100 scientists worldwide to Europe's Biotech and MedTech industry. Over the past few years, he has gained unique experience in recruiting computational medicine experts and supporting research institutes in attracting scientists from around the world.

Katarzyna holds a PhD from Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Department of Physics and Biophysics, where she developed antioxidant liposome carriers.

Katarzyna graduated with an MSc in biotechnology - Chemistry of Surfactants and Dispersed Systems from the Wrocław University of Technology.
For two years, she worked at the Inter-Faculty Institute of Life Sciences at the University of Life Sciences of Wroclaw as an assistant to the scientific director, organizing scientific events and other research activities.

She spent several years in corporate companies working with tender procedures for health and biological services, and for the last three years, has gained experience as a recruiter working in the German market.

She spends her free time actively, preferably hiking the mountains, running, and cycling.
